Refund policy

This policy explains when ByteCraft Base issues refunds for paid programmes and advisory sessions. Website pricing is informational; charges occur only under a confirmed enrolment or statement of work.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel a cohort seat at least fourteen (14) days before the published start date and have not accessed live sessions or downloadable cohort materials beyond the welcome pack.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@bytecraftbase.world within the windows described here. We confirm receipt within two working days.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer.
- Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before start, provided materials beyond the welcome pack were not accessed.
- No refund: cancellations within 6 days of start, no-shows, or after the first live session has begun.
Non-refundable items
Customised War Room facilitation days already delivered, Horizon Clinic hours completed, third-party exam fees (if any), and seat transfers already consumed are non-refundable. Self-paced Signal Desk purchases are refundable within 7 days only if less than 20% of modules were opened.
Refund process
Email your full name, programme name, cohort dates, and payment reference. We may ask for confirmation that materials were not redistributed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–14 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund method
Funds return via the original payment rail (card, bank transfer, or invoice credit). We do not issue cash refunds.
Cancellations by ByteCraft Base
If we postpone or cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the affected seat.
Exceptions
We may offer discretionary goodwill credits for documented medical emergencies or bereavement that prevent attendance. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected where they apply.
